At Marshall's, jewelry restoration and redesign is done entirely in-house by two full-time goldsmiths, under the direct oversight of a GIA Graduate Gemologist. Nothing is sent out. Nothing is approximated. Every step happens right here, from the first conversation about what is possible to the final polish before you take it home.

Restoration brings worn, damaged, or neglected pieces back to the condition they deserve. Redesign takes what you have and turns it into something new without losing what made it precious in the first place. We have reset stones into completely original designs, transformed single pieces into coordinated sets, and turned rings that were unwearable into pieces that are worn every single day.
